We offer local delivery for all cakes in Sheffield area and standart delivery charge for Sheffield surraundings. You can order online our cakes and treats and your cake will be prepared and delivered for up to three working days.

Conditions of Use


These terms and confitionaWe reserve the right to make changes to our website and these disclaimers, Terms of use, terms and conditions at any time by posting on this website, without any other notice. Your access or use of this website after any changes been posted will constitute your agreement to the modified Terms and conditions of use and all changes.


By registering/signing into our website and purchasing products from CakeSheffield.co.uk, you are agreeing to the terms and conditions of sale, which apply to all transactions on CakeSheffield.co.uk signing up to the service means we must have the following information:
• Your name and your title.
• Your address, including the postcode of the billing address associated with the payment card.
• Your phone number
• Your email address, so we can supply you with important information such as your order confirmation and updates about delivery (if necessary).
CakeSheffield.co.uk only sells cakes and desserts in our online store to the end customer and they should not be resold, in any way, without our written consent. There will be two stages of order confirmation. The first will be 'Order confirmation' immediately after the payment has been received, and the second will be an email with confirmation with your full order details. We do not hold payment details from any previous orders. Every purchase at CakeSheffield.co.uk will require entering new payment details. It is customer responsibility to keep password secure.


Orders can be placed via our website or over the phone. Please note we will require your title, name, full address including postcode. After your order, we will contact you to discuss the time/date for delivery. CakeSheffield.co.uk cannot accept responsibility for errors made during the ordering process by the customer. Orders require to be made a minimum of 48 hours before delivery. Special cakes or large orders require a minimum of  5 calendar days.

Allergies & Intolerances

If you have any food allergies or intolerances, you must inform us at time of order in the Special Instructions field or by phone. Please note our food is produced in kitchens that handle nuts, so cakes are not suitable for people with severe nut allergies. Please be aware that products may contain nut shells.

Order amendments

Alterations to orders may be requested, but we may not be able to accommodate late changes. Additional charges may apply for any changes.

Product prices

The price of products charged will be as stated on the website at the time you confirm your order with us. Excluding any inadvertent technical error on pricing, we will honour any prices as published when you placing your order. Prices on products do not include the delivery charge. We do our best to keep to the ingredients in the cakes description but when some ingredients become unavailable, we reserve the right to make certain changes to the cakes if this is the case.

Gift Vouchers

1. Vouchers cannot be exchanged or refunded for cash.
2. Vouchers can be used towards the purchase of goods at a higher price than their face value upon payment of the difference. No change or credit will be given for unused portions of a voucher.
4. CakeSheffield.co.uk is under no liability for replacement or refund should vouchers be lost, stolen, damaged or destroyed whether they have been redeemed or not.
5. Vouchers are only valid for the amount printed next to it.


CakeSheffield.co.uk is delivering only in the Sheffield region. Delivery is offered on all orders in Sheffield areas (S1, S2, S3, S4, S5, S6, S7, S8, S9, S10, S11, S12, S13, S14, S17, S18, S20, S21, S25, S26, S32, S33, S35, S36, S40, S41, S42, S43, S44, S45, S60, S61, S62, S63, S64, S65, S66, S70, S71, S72, S73, S74, S75, S80, S81). We deliver personally to your home between 8 am & 10 pm Monday to Sunday; you will be given an option of available delivery dates in your location/area by email, phone after you make your order.
We deliver all cakes for up to 5 working days from the order date.
You need to be on the address to receive your delivery. If you are unable to be on the delivery address we can leave with to your neighbour or friend within a half mile of primary delivery address, you just need to call us with the details.
We reserve the right to restrict deliveries in certain areas and this includes the right to withdraw the service altogether, depending on the demand on our kitchen.

Cancelling an order

Once the order is completed and full payment has been made it will not be refunded if you cancel your payment in PayPal. If you want to cancel your order, please call immediately on 07463644004 and if the preparation of your product is not started we can help you cancel your order.

Our refund policy

If you are not satisfied with your order from CakeSheffield.co.uk please contact us - by emailing us through the Contact Us page on the website or by calling on 07463644004. If you would like to make a comment or suggestion regarding our cakes, then please visit the Contact Us page on the website and fill the form. As we sell perishable products, we ask that the customer should inspect the food once they have opened the box. If you are unhappy with your cake or other product, please contact us immediately on 07463644004. We will be happy to exchange or refund any item that has been damaged in transit. If we have sent you an incorrect item, please notify us as soon as possible. If you would like us to replace the incorrect item with the item that you ordered, we will send you the right one as soon as possible. We will not charge you for incorrect item.

Payment Methods

When using our shopping basket there are several payment options on checkout, you can choose to pay by our secure PayPal payment module, by cash on delivery or if you prefer by bank transfer where the bank details will be shown on the order confirmation page. If you are paying by bank transfer the funds must be in our account 24hours after completion of your order.If the payment has not cleared in our account we reserve the right to cancel the delivery.
